We are pleased to announce our inaugural Beaute-Hub Junior Art Competition supported by Faber-Castell as our Official Art Supplies Partner.
This competition is launched as part of our outreach programmes to encourage and provide a platform for our young talents to express their creativity and hone their skills and techniques. It creates a platform for young children to broaden their horizons, build confidence, and showcase their talents.
“BeauteHub has aligned itself as a wellness sanctuary; one to be taken care of and feel good about themselves. And Art allows one to embark on a journey of self-care, and more so, an expression of creativity. This competition gives our young talents an opportunity to be inspired and showcase their talents”, shares Mr Albert Lam, BeauteHub International, Chief Executive Officer.
As part of our efforts, finalists will have the opportunity to showcase their winning works in a Public Art Exhibition. All proceeds from the sale of the artworks to the public will be donated to The Business Times Budding Artists Fund.
Themed, My Singapore, Our Future, the competition is open to all Singapore Residents, aged 4 – 12 years, in two categories: 4-6 years and 7-12 years. It requires all participants to submit an original work completed using Faber-Castell art materials with photo evidence of the Faber-Castell art materials used.
This art competition is made possible with support from our Title Sponsor, Beaute-Hub, Faber-Castell as our Official Art Supplies Partner, and Presenting Sponsors, Bynd Artisan, CSG Global, D&A Jewellery, Pizzamaru, Scanteak, Seoul Yummy.
This competition will be judged by a panel of prolific artists, such as Cultural Medallion Recipient Mr Ang Ah Tee, 2015 UOB Painting of the Year Winner Aaron Gan, Alicia Tan Yen Ping, Julie Zhu Liying, Kevin Tan Ngee Chye, Ong Kok Peng, Zhang Chun Lei from Gallery1819 Singapore.
