Warranty of Goods/Services
It comes with 1-year warranty against parts defects and problems arising from workmanship issues.
Edupod does not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.
Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
Payment Processing
We only accept Corporate cheque payments, cash and bank transfer. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation ofOrders
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange andRefund
All our goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
