Refund Policy

How long do I have as a customer to return the item?

Toys
For small items, such as toys, you are required to return within 3 days from the date of purchase. You are required to bring it to our storefront over at Playscape@Edupod, and present your receipt to the Sales Manager as proof of purchase.

Standard Furniture
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a standard,non-customized piece of Edupod Furniture, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking charge. You must pay for return shipping, and we do not refund your original shipping costs.

Customised Furniture and Playgrounds

We do not accept returns of any customized furniture or playground sets. In addition, once work has begun on a custom piece of furniture you will be charged for work done, including design time, should you decide to cancel the order.


In what condition can items be returned?

All items being purchased should be in their original re-sellable condition.

Toys

Boxes should be kept sealed, and price tags are not to be removed. 

Standard Furniture

No scratches or cracks are allowed for furniture to be returned.

What happens if my items were damaged during transit?

Should there be any damages incurred to the furniture during delivery, do inform our team within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will need photographs that highlight the extent of damage, a scanned copy of your delivery order, and a signed quotation for any repair works emailed to enquiry@edupod.com.sg.

What if my furniture breaks during the 1-year guarantee period?

Should any damages arise from workmanship issues, please give us a call at 69505745. We will make the necessary arrangements to ensure that your furniture is repaired without additional charges.

How are refunds issued?

There are strictly no refunds for furniture and playground orders once placed on the website and/or via a signed quotation. If you have ordered furniture as a representative of your school, you may write in via email to request a credit note.

For toys, refunds will be issued via cheque/bank transfer(which will take up to 14 working days to be approved).
